Ayyappan Kunnu temple is located at Trikkur in Thrissur district, Kerala. In the temple on a same sanctum sanctorum on a single peedam, Ayyappan, Ganapathi and Subramanya are worshipped. The murtis are of Swayambhu Sankalpam.
It is believed that the murtis were discovered by an Avadhoota.
The temple is located atop a hill.
The temple festival is held on first day of Makaram month.
It is believed that the temple belonged to Paliattachan.
