Kodalil Vamanamoorthy Temple is located at Kumbidi on Thrikkanapuram – Kumbidi road in Palakkad district. The temple is near the holy place Thrithala and is around 6 km from Kuttippuram Railway Station. The main deity worshipped in the temple is the Vamana Avatar of Vishnu.
The Vamana Murti worshipped in the temple is nearly 5.5 feet tall and the deity faces east.
There are no upa devatas in the temple.
It is believed that the prathishta in the temple was performed by Kodamaharshi.
The annual festival in the temple is held on the Guruvayoor Ekadashi day.
Varam was held on all Thiruvonam Nakshatra earlier. The temple once belonged to Kizhakiniyedathu Mana.
