Kodussery Parthasarathy temple is located at Vattaparambu on Aluva – Elavoor road in Ernakulam district, Kerala. The main deity worshipped in the temple is Parthasarathi form of Vishnu and the deity faces west.
It is believed that the murti worshipped in the temple was brought (avahichu kondivarika) from Aranmula. It was consecrated at a spot where a Muni (Sage) was doing penance.
The murti of Kodussery Parthasarathy is nearly 4 feet tall. The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Ganapathy, Shiva, Ayyappan and Bhagavathi.
The temple was a desha kshetram. There was a nalapatheeradi kalari near the temple.
The temple was destroyed by Tipu Sultan and his army and it was later renovated.
