Kulukkallur Perumthrikkovil Temple is located around 5 km east of Koppam junction in Kulukkallur on Pattambi – Perinthalmanna road in Palakkad district, Kerala. The main deities worshipped in the temple are Vishnu and Shiva. The deities face east. There is also a west facing Sri Krishna temple in the compound and a Ganapathy temple in the compound.
The walls of temple are made out of granite stones. There is only a single puja in the day. The temple is considered to be a Mahakshetram.
Earlier the shrine used to observe Varam and Vilakku on Rohini nakshatra day in Makaram month. The temple used to also observe Mahashivratri.
