Annara Narasimha temple is located at Tirur in Malappuram district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to the Narasimha avatar of Vishnu.
The temple was built by Padanattu Chennothu Kunnathu family who were the commanders of the army of Vettethu King. The temple is still maintained by the family.
The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Ganapathi and Bhagavathi.
