Kalamkandathoor Narasimhamoorthy temple is located at Mayanoor in Kondazhy Village in Thrissur district, Kerala. The temple is located near Bharathapuzha River. The murti is nearly 5 feet tall and is carved out of black granite (shila).
The sreekovil is two tired. The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Ganapathi and Ayyappa. There is no festival with flag hoisting in the temple. The main festival in the temple is Ashtami Rohini.
The temple belonged to five illams including Ottur, Olappamanna and Varikkassery. The temple was later managed by Thekkemadom. The temple is now managed by Coimbatore Arya Vaidya Pharmacy.
